Handcrafted silicone nipple and areola prosthetics offer a non-surgical way to recreate a familiar appearance. Choose a ready-made option or a bespoke design, with time and support to explore what feels right for you.
A physical shape you can put on, remove and wear again.
A prosthetic recreates the nipple and surrounding areola in silicone, including colour, texture and projection. It sits on the skin using a suitable prosthetic adhesive. Unlike tattooing, which creates the visual illusion of depth on flat skin, a prosthetic has a three-dimensional shape.
Prosthetics may be an option after surgery or reconstruction, following injury, or for someone with a congenital difference. They can be a long-term choice or something you use while considering other restorative options.
Suitability depends on your healing, skin and individual circumstances. We’ll discuss these with you before helping you choose your next step.

FIND WHAT FEELS RIGHT
Two approaches. One personal choice.
Colour, shape, size and projection can all influence the result. Your preferences guide the conversation.
01 / READY-MADE
A simpler starting point.
Choose from existing colours, shapes, sizes and projections. A ready-made prosthetic can suit someone who wants a quicker option and does not need an exact match to their natural anatomy.
An individually handcrafted prosthetic, tailored through a personal consultation. Where you need a single prosthetic, the remaining natural side can help guide the colour, shape and balance.
Individual colour and undertone matching
Custom shape, size and projection
Fine detail and finishing
Refinements and support through the design process
Colour is incorporated into the silicone during creation, adding depth and subtle variations. Each handcrafted piece is individual; appearance and wear will vary.
BEFORE SURGERY
Preserve a detail. Keep a choice.
You don’t have to decide on a prosthetic today.
A mould of your natural nipple can preserve an option for the future.
If your planned surgery may change or remove your nipple, a pre-surgery appointment can capture its shape and detail. The mould can later be used to create a personalised prosthetic, if and when you decide.
Allow around 30 minutes for an appointment to take an impression of one or both nipples, explain the process and answer your questions. Your mould is packaged in a protective storage box for you to keep safely at home.
Arrange this once your surgical plan is confirmed and before an operation that may alter the area. Speak with your healthcare team about any concerns; your treatment and recovery come first.
There is no obligation to order a prosthetic. You may return months or years later, or choose never to use the mould.

Everyday care. Thoughtful handling.

01 / APPLY
A clean, dry start.
Skin and prosthetic should be clean, thoroughly dry and free of oils or creams. Use a suitable prosthetic adhesive as directed, and discuss patch testing and any sensitivities before wear.
02 / WEAR & REMOVE
Listen to your skin.
Wear time depends on skin, activity, temperature and adhesive. Remove periodically to inspect and rest your skin. Use the recommended remover and lift gently to protect the fine edges. Stop wearing if irritation or discomfort occurs.
03 / CLEAN & STORE
Protect the detail.
Carefully remove adhesive residue and clean as directed. Avoid harsh cleaners, rubbing or stretching. Let the prosthetic dry fully, then store in its protective packaging in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and sharp objects.
Prosthetics are reusable, but their lifespan varies with handling, frequency of wear and care. Ask about replacement if the edges, fit, comfort or appearance change.
It may be an option, depending on your healing, skin condition and individual circumstances. A consultation helps explore suitability. If you have concerns about recent surgery, wounds, allergies or skin conditions, seek advice from your healthcare professional before use.
How is the colour matched?
Ready-made options offer a choice of existing shades. Bespoke designs consider your skin tone, undertones and natural colour variation. Colour is incorporated into the silicone, with individual detail and finishing. A remaining natural side can help guide a single prosthetic.
Can I swim or shower while wearing one?
The silicone prosthetic itself is waterproof. How securely it stays in place during swimming, showering or exercise depends on the adhesive, your skin, activity and conditions. Follow the supplied application and care guidance and discuss your plans with Carolina.
How long can I wear it?
There is no single wear time for everyone. Skin type, body chemistry, activity, climate and adhesive all affect attachment. Follow the wear schedule advised for you and remove periodically to check your skin. If redness, discomfort or irritation occurs, gently remove it and stop use; seek healthcare advice if concerns persist.
Are prosthetics reusable?
Yes. They are designed to be removed, cleaned and worn again with appropriate care. Their lifespan varies rather than being a guaranteed period. Gentle handling and correct storage help preserve the edges and appearance.
Can I choose a prosthetic and tattooing?
These options can complement one another. Some people use prosthetics while considering tattooing; others prefer a prosthetic long term. Carolina can talk through the differences and your individual circumstances.
Do I need a mould taken before surgery?
A pre-surgery mould is an optional way to preserve your own anatomy for a future bespoke piece. Ready-made and other bespoke designs can still be explored without one. There is no obligation to order after having a mould taken.
What if my surgery was years ago?
You can explore prosthetics months or years after surgery. Your current skin condition, healing and preferences matter more than a fixed deadline. The pre-surgery moulding service is the part that must take place before surgery alters the area.
